The Constant Sports podcast was joined by Trevor Brendlin, Director of Marketing at Insight Sports Advisors for this week's episode. Trevor completed his undergraduate degree at Boise State University, and Masters' Degree from Arizona State University. Trevor is is in the middle of earning his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law at the moment.

Trevor's journey in the ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ฌ๐ž ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ž when he worked as the football student manager. Trevor was responsible for the performance of practice, the setup/cleanup of practice, game day duties, team travel, the operation and maintainability of football equipment, and more. Trevor was the Owner and Co-Host of Blue Collar Sports radio shows and ๐ฉ๐จ๐๐œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ก ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ+ and counting live radio shows ranging from one hour to three hours.

He then dove into the "agency" world when he took an internship at Exclusive Sports Group. Trevor ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐œ๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ which include research of personal information, game/practice film, statistics, accolades, and more. Trevor also developed marketing plans and strategies for each client based on individual interests and career aspirations. This position led Trevor to his next opportunity with Wasserman. Where he assisted agents in the Broadcasting and Coaching Division with managing clients, identifying prospective talent, ๐๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ, ๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐œ๐ก ๐๐ž๐œ๐ค๐ฌ, targeting sponsors, and editing broadcasting reels.
